Josh was born in Rhinelander and raised in Phillips, Wisconsin, where he graduated high school before building a background in digital marketing and customer service.
As General Manager of Wausau Tech Support, Josh oversees day-to-day operations, customer experience, scheduling and service quality. He stays closely involved with the team and regularly checks in on appointments and routes to make sure customers are being taken care of properly.
Josh is 25 years old, or as he likes to put it, “a quarter century.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, taking trips and, somehow voluntarily, spending even more time at a computer running Google Ads campaigns from his man cave.
Above all, Josh cares about building something useful for the local community and making technology help feel simple, friendly and dependable.
